Sailing October 2025
Every year, we set high expectations. But this year’s ONE LIFE Sailing 2025 didn’t just meet them – it exceeded them. Ten boats, the incredible energy of the participants, the good weather and a programme that was alive from the first to the last moment.
It all started on Saturday at Marina Baotič, where we opened the event with a get-to-know-you party and a musical surprise – saxophonist Vili. An epic moment – when you see how people who don’t know each other yet, in a few hours, connect, relax and start creating a common story.
The very next day we set sail for Hvar and then on to the Pakleni Islands. A fleet of ten boats on the high seas was a scene that made even the organiser hold his breath for a moment. Despite the less than ideal weather conditions, the sailing was relaxed, safe and in a great atmosphere – from swimming in the sea, socialising and that true sailing freedom that keeps us coming back to the sea again and again.
Evenings were a special chapter of this year’s sailing. The musical entertainment with a saxophonist added a soul of its own to each bay. The sound of the saxophone, the anchored sailboats, the warm sea and the smiling faces – those scenes you can’t stage, you can only experience.
The Golden Swan competition also brought a lot of positive competitive spirit. The crews showed ingenuity, togetherness and a lot of humour. Exactly what we want at our events – relaxed, playful and bonding.
The wine accompaniment of the evenings was provided by selected wines from the Brda Cellar, which added the icing on the cake to the whole experience. Of course, excellent culinary evenings were also provided throughout the event, and this year’s speciality was definitely the freshly prepared paella, on board the catamaran, for the entire ONE LIFE crew.
We are grateful for the trust, for the energy of the people, for the crews who brought with them openness, warmth and good humour. Sailing 2025 showed us once again why we do it.
And we already know – next year we’ll go even further.
